The Caronport Community E-mail is a list of subscribers who wish to receive e-mails regarding news, events, and opportunities specific to the community of Caronport. The list allows someone to send one e-mail and have it reach many people in Caronport. The e-mail list is especially useful if you have an item to sell, if you need to find something quickly, or if you have news about the community.

To sign up for the list, please print out the form below. Then drop off the completed form along with $10 (cash or cheque) to the HR office in the lower level of Briercrest College. Loree Buck can receive payments for Community Email. The $10 is an annual fee paid once per year and allows access to the list until July 2011. You may include more than one email address on one form, but please remember to include the fee of $10 for each email address. Failure to provide all the information requested will delay the processing of your registration.

Please be aware that if your registered e-mail address mailbox becomes full, temporarily deactivated, or otherwise refuses to accept messages from the community e-mail server, your e-mail address will be removed from the list. The administrators of the list will allow 48 hours from the first "bounced" e-mail until action is taken to remove the e-mail address (this allows people to clean out the inbox or reactivate suspended accounts). If your e-mail address is removed, there will be a $5 re-activation fee to add your e-mail address back onto the e-mail list.
